Internet Sales Policy
No Deseret Biologicals product should be sold to the consumer without first providing a healthcare evaluation/consultation from a qualified healthcare professional. No customers should be allowed to purchase Deseret Biologicals product from your website or any other website without first consulting directly with your patient/customer. Reselling of products purchased from Deseret Biologicals is allowed only to your own personal customers. You are fully responsible for any and all costs that Deseret Biologicals incurs as a result of breach of this policy as well as a minimum payment of $5000 per infraction.
Return Policy
As an authorized distributor of Deseret Biologicals products you may, after calling Deseret Biologicals for authorization, return unopened product in good condition to Deseret Biologicals for credit on your account within 30 days of receipt of product. You can use this merchandise credit to apply to future Deseret Biologicals purchases. You understand and agree that Deseret Biologicals does not issue refunds for product returns.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday 8am – 4pm MST. We ship using UPS or USPS priority mail .
*Note: The day the package leaves our facility does not count as a shipping day nor do Saturday or Sunday.
Domestic Rates
Ground: $8.95 (Free for orders over $150.00) UPS and USPS priority mail
Third Business Day: $20.00 UPS only
Second Business Day: $30.00 UPS only
International Rates
USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Expedite: Shipping based on weight and destination. DesBio will choose the most efficient service. Note: All duties and taxes will be paid by receiver.
Dropship Policy
Upon request, Deseret Biologicals will ship products directly to your patients for an additional charge of $6.95 per order. Each patient order must be placed separately.

You acknowledge that, as a prescribing healthcare professional, you will prescribe the Products based solely on your own professional judgement, as opposed to reliance on any claim or statement made about the Products by Deseret Biologicals, its staff or representatives.
Product Advice Certification
Deseret Biologicals sells many types of Products including homeopathic products. You certified and acknowledged that by purchasing any Product from Deseret Biologicals that you are legally and lawfully able to provide advice to your clients/patients on the use of those Products and prescribe them based on your own professional judgment, and you are solely responsible for the determination of their usage. You should immediately notify Deseret Biologicals and to cease the purchase of any Products if you are unable to legally and lawfully comply with this statement.
