Don’t let your patients’ Lyme disease and other chronic infections tear them apart – teach them how to manage symptoms.
The occurrence of Lyme disease and other chronic infections has spiked dramatically over the last few years. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), there are 329,000 new cases of Lyme disease reported each year. Approximately 10 to 20 percent of people who are treated with antibiotics end up having disease symptoms that persist after the treatment.1 Symptoms can include fatigue, difficulty concentrating, diffuse pain, shallow breathing, seizures, and brief bouts of paralysis. The road to recovery can be long, difficult, and challenging enough to patients that it can interfere with their normal activities.
In this webinar, Daniel Schilling, DC discusses ways to heal the body from the inside out and how DesBio’s products along with dietary and lifestyle management can help patients battling Lyme disease and other chronic infections. Dr. Schilling is a graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic. He uses his background in mechanical and system engineering to help his patients understand the interconnectedness of the systems in the human body.
