Existing DesBio Customers

DesBio now requires that customers log in to certain areas of our website. If you are an existing customer, an account has already been created for you—you simply need to create a password by following these steps:

  1. Click HERE to go to the password reset form.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your DesBio account in the field provided.
  3. Within a few moments, you should receive an email with a link and instructions for resetting your password.
  4. Click the link in the email you receive, enter a new password (one you’ll remember!).
  5. You can then log in to the site using your email address as the username and the new password you’ve just set.

If you have any problems with the above instructions, please contact DesBio to resolve them.
